In all personnel groups, employees’ salaries are based on the job grading. In 2009, Salcomp paid a total of EUR 36.2 million in salaries and fees.
Salcomp has a salary-based bonus program for the entire personnel and an option program for key personnel which are presented on the Compensation page.
