The Board of Directors supervises Salcomp’s operations and management and decides on significant matters relating to strategy, investments, organization, finance and risk management.
The President and CEO is responsible for day-to-day management of Salcomp in accordance with the instructions and rules given by the Board of Directors. The President and CEO presents the matters handled in Board meetings and is responsible for preparing draft resolutions. The President and CEO also acts as the chairman of the Management Team. The Management Team assists the President and CEO in the management of the company.
