Implementation of the IFRS
Salcomp Group transferred from the FAS standards to the IFRS (International Accounting Standards) from the beginning of 2005 . The date of the IFRS transition was 1 January 2004.
Accounting Policies of the Company
Salcomp’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the IAS and the IFRS, published by IASB (International Accounting Standards Board) and their IFRIC interpretations. The Salcomp Group has applied the IFRS reporting as of 1 January 2005 and during the transition the IFRS 1 transition standard was applied.
